| first time, we wish to inform you that this is a by product of the Email Blast that I send out every Wednesday of the week It came to a point when all the announcements and events have gone too many that topics have to be broken down into different segments. |
| The email blast has started seven years ago | |
| and has been ongoing till now. It is just a simple reminder of events going on in the metroplex, some jokes to amuse you, some announcements that the community may be interested to, and some advertising to promote companies. |

| blast every Wednesday to the public I serve as a reminder and to make it convenient for them to access the information in just one click. |

| HISTORY OF SOCIAL AFFILIATION: Lita T. Cruz Production has been in existence for the last 7 years. It is managed by Lita to organize fund raising events for non-profit organizations in the community before she came up with her own project “Jailbirds in Rehab”. She has organized several events in Dallas, Texas and has three events in Choctaw Casino Resort for three years in a row now which were all successful: 1. Labor Day Escapade in 2008 2. King & Queen of Hearts in 2009 3. Barn Dance & Dinner in 2010 When Lita relocated from Dallas to fulfill her long overdue dream of visiting her children (and their family) in Seattle, Canada, Boston and Philippines, she got profoundly enamored with her grand children and her visit became a non-stop mini vacation to each family . In addition to this, she misses her siblings and close friends, hence, she added Dallas, Texas in her flight schedule and organizes fund raising events with her friends to make each trips eventful, fruitful and fun. Her production was just done with the Young At Heart Dinner Dance Pageant last September 17, when her associate and friend, Blandina Gauglitz introduced her to the new Marketing Manager. On that first meeting, the Marketing Department of Choctaw Casino and Lita T. Cruz Production decided to do the fourth event for the Filipinos, as a tribute to their unrelenting support to their establishment. |
| OBJECTIVES: To showcase the Filipino Tradition to all Filipino Americans and other racial origin through-out Texas and to enhance camaraderie among them in the form of the following activities: Filipino cultural and traditional folk dances Filipino folk and American songs Filipino traditional costumes through fashion show Filipino-American ballroom and disco dancing Meal tickets at the guests choice to any restaurant in the casino Dessert and drinks at the ballroom |
| TALENTS & SPECIAL PERFORMERS: Farle Luchan – Famous Filipino Balladeer and Cross-Country Singer all over Texas & Philippines Father & Sons Band – Dance to Ricky Cabugos and his sons’ music of the 60’s to the 90’s. Leticia Feliciano – the low profile diva of Grand Prairie, Texas will give you the surprise of a lifetime Edd M Philippine Dance Company – Dancers are professionals in Dallas, Texas who love to show off their beautiful country of origin through quality Philippines folk and cultural dances. Choreograph by their president himself, Edd Macarangal, who has gained excellent choreography reputation in the Philippines and in the United States. |
| FASHION SHOW CONTEST: To add more life and color to the event, the joint venture decided to invite attendees to display their traditional custom through a fashion show during the party. The best costume to be voted by the audience will be awarded $750 dollars and one night accommodation in the hotel, courtesy of the management of Choctaw Casino.
